Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Once the package is shipped, you will usually automatically receive a tracking number to the email or phone number provided in checkout.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email giving you a tracking number.

If you did not receive one or the tracking number does not work, do not worry. Contact us with your order number and we will resolve the issue!

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. External factors can cause shipping delays, such as international customs clearance and holidays, over which we have no control.
